What is your business hours?
The best part about having an online store is that it never closes! However, we humans still need to rest and sleep. Our business hours in replying emails and answering calls would be from 10am – 6pm daily. Feel free to place an order at anytime.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently we are operating as an online retailer and therefore we do not have a physical store. We showcase some of our plants in Skinny Dip Cafe in Jalan Medan Putra 3, Kuala Lumpur. Feel free to swing by for food & coffee surrounded by plants.
Do you sell seeds?
No, we do not sell seeds. Our product ranges from live plants, pots, plant holder, gardening tools to plant styling and consultation for indoor space.
How do you ship plants?
Perhaps most people do not know that live plants are not eligible to be sent via the usual courier service. It falls under the category of items that they do not deliver. The good news is that we have identified a reliable delivery provider that will bring your plants to your doorstep safely!
Which area do you cover for plant delivery?
We are currently only covering Kuala Lumpur and certain part in Selangor within 70km from our location in Menjalara, Kepong. This applies only to live plants. Other products of ours can still be shipped using the usual courier companies.
When do you ship plants?
Once you place an order, we will take between 3-5 working days to prepare your plants. We will be in touch in 48 hours to confirm your delivery slot. We make deliveries during office hours, if you would rather us make a delivery over the weekend or at night to receive the plants personally at home, feel free to let us know.
Do you ship pots?
Fortunately, we do ship pots. Local delivery charges according to weight apply. We deliver pots to any address in Peninsular and Sabah & Sarawak via Pos Laju.
Do you ship to any country outside of Malaysia?
At the moment we do not ship overseas. We plan to do so for our range of pots, plant stand and tools soon.
May I pick up my order?
Sure, to save on the delivery charges, we welcome our customers to pick up their order, at least 3 working days after making payment. Self-collect location is in Skinny Dip Cafe, Jalan Medan Putra 3, Kuala Lumpur.
Do you sell wholesale or is there any discount for bulk purchase?
Definitely! Kindly drop us an email or call us for further discussion.
Do you have a guarantee policy?
We guarantee your plants to be delivered to you in its best shape. Due to the nature of plants, we do not cover any guarantee after it has been safely delivered to you. All our plants come with care instructions for your reference after receiving the plants.
I don't like my plant anymore. Can I return it?
We gladly accepts all orphaned plants purchased from daun.com.my. If you are not able to give your plant the special care it needs, kindly return it to us at Desa Park City, Kepong to ensure it gets all the attention it needs. However, we do not offer a refund for plants that have been purchased from daun.com.my.
How do I figure out which plant is best for me?
You must first identify the areas that you would like to place your plants. This will help you in choosing either the low light plants or bright light plants according to the available area in your house. We welcome any photos for us to make suggestions, just What’s App us your photo of the area you’d like to furnish with plants!
How do I make payment?
We use Billplz which has a payment gateway integration with all local banks in Malaysia for online transactions. Alternatively, you may use PayPal for credit card transaction or you may always opt to cash deposit or transfer it to our CIMB account. For local pick up, kindly make a payment before picking up your new plant or pot.
